The application process is quite simple: Go to the customized portal created for us by DecisionDesk, and fill out the online forms. There is a $50 application fee. Companies chosen as Finalists will get this fee refunded.

Once your ‘account’ is established, you can upload your 3-5 page Executive Summary right away, or return later on when it is ready, and do it then. Keep in mind, however, that the deadline for submission is May 29th.
